When you have received your macarons, if not being eaten straight away, please store them either in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week or they are freezable for one month. Best eaten at room temperature.
Please note, if one of your chosen flavours is not in stock, we will substitute it for a similar flavour.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, we do not accept returns. We take the utmost of care to package our macarons so they arrive looking their best. If you have any issues, please contact us.
Shipping Info
Our macaron boxes can either be posted directly to your door or collected from our bakery. We post our macarons out fresh on a Thursday so we ask for all online orders to be in by Wednesday at 4pm, any orders put in after Thursday will be posted out the following week.

For one box postage is £9.50, an additional £2 postage fee will be applied for every additional box. All of our macarons will travel to you securely packaged. Your gift box is protected by bubble wrapping and contains a re-freezable ice pack to keep them at their freshest. Please note, all postal orders are sent out every Thursday, orders placed after 4pm Wednesday evening will be posted out the following week. |

| Local Pickup | Our bakery is open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Please note we are not a shop and all collections must be confirmed via email prior to pick up. When ordering for collection please ensure to put your desired pick-up time in the ‘notes’ section at checkout.
