Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, we do not accept returns. We take the utmost of care to package our macarons so they arrive looking their best. If you have any issues, please contact us.
Shipping Info
Our macaron boxes can either be posted directly to your door or collected from our workshop. We post our macarons out fresh on a Thursday so we ask for all online orders to be in by 4pm Wednesday, any orders put in after Thursday will be posted out the following week.

| Royal Mail 24hr Tracked | For one box postage is £9.50, an additional £2 postage fee will be applied for every additional box. All of our macarons will travel to you securely packaged. Your gift box is protected by bubble wrapping and contains a re-freezable ice pack to keep them at their freshest. Please note, all postal orders are sent out every Thursday to arrive the following day, orders placed after 4pm Wednesday will be posted out the following week. | From £9.50 |
| Local Pickup | Collection from: i8 Enterprise Centre Our workshop is open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Please note we are not a shop and all collections must be confirmed via email prior to pick up.
